In addition to letting go of possessions that weigh us down, I'm also passionate about the idea of releasing the excess that's inside of us.
That's right -- spring cleaning for our bodies.
Spring is a time to lighten up and let go of heavy foods, heavy energy and accumulated internal debris. (The stuff that keeps us from optimal functioning and, some believe, ultimately causes disease.)
An excellent way to do this is through organic juice fasting, a detoxification diet that involves nourishing yourself through freshly juiced vegetables and fruits.
Juice fasting removes unwanted toxins and rejuvenates the body while providing calories and nutrients. It's also a great jump-start for sensible weight loss. After fasting, digestion is improved and cravings are minimized. You will feel amazing!
